  • 2 pounds honey
  • 10 tablespoons flaxseed
  • 10 teaspoons peeled pumpkin seeds
  •  5 tablespoons ground sesame seeds
  • 3 tablespoons raisins
  • 10 teaspoons peeled sunflower seeds
  • 10 teaspoons wheat bran

In a large bowl, thoroughly mix all ingredients.
Transfer the mixture in a glass jar, cover and refrigerate.

Eat 1 tablespoon of this mixture 20 minutes before breakfast and dinner. Before use make sure that you are not allergic to any of its ingredients.

This remedy is surprisingly delicious! And it is an excellent tool for strengthening the immune system, because all its ingredients are an inexhaustible storehouse of vitamins and minerals that enhance the body’s defenses.
